How to order
Five steps, the same for first-time customers. We correspond by email in Japanese, Chinese or English.

Inquiry
Send us the items, quantities and destination port by form or email. If you have not chosen specific items yet, a category and a budget are enough to start.
- 02
Quotation
Within two business days you receive a quotation stating unit price, units per case, total volume and remaining shelf life, on FOB or EXW terms.
- 03
Order & payment
Once you confirm the quotation, the order is placed. First orders are paid in advance by bank transfer.
- 04
Packing & documents
We check the best-before date case by case, then pack. Invoice, packing list and certificate of origin are prepared as required.
- 05
Shipping & tracking
The shipment leaves from Tokyo or Yokohama. We send you the B/L number so you can track it until arrival.
